We’re aware there might be times when people have issues or concerns and when this happens, we want to hear about these concerns and deal with them as quickly as possible. We’re committed to having a clear, consistent process for everyone to follow so we can resolve complaints promptly, fairly and sensitively.

We aim to respond to all concerns and complaints and resolve them fairly and effectively. We’ll acknowledge your complaint no later than five working days after receipt. Wherever possible, we’ll provide a full resolution within 14 working days of receipt of your complaint.

How we are organised
The Ramblers is governed by a board of trustees and is made up of local groups and regional areas across Great Britain.
