ANNUAL COACH TRIP

This year’s coach trip will take place on Saturday 21 September 2024. The coach will leave the Vue Cinema car park at Doncaster Dome at 0800 (be there by 0745) and will collect at the Park and Ride of York Road at about 0815 (be there by 0800). We will be offering 3 walks.

• 10.5 mile walk from Ravenscar to Whitby along the Cleveland Way costal path.
• 7 mile walk from Robin Hoods Bay to Whitby along the Cleveland Way costal path.
• 3.5 mile flat walk along the old railway line which is part of National Cycle Route 1 to Whitby.

The walks have been selected so they are suitable for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Walkers.

Bring along your family, partner or a friend. They do not have to walk, a day out in Whitby is always a good idea.

The coach will leave Whitby at 1800. We are not organising a meal for everybody in Whitby so on reaching Whitby participants will be free to do their own thing.

The coach will be provided by Buckley’s, same as last year, and will seat up to 49. Based on a take up rate of 40 the cost is £21/per person. If we manage to fill the coach the cost will come down to £17 and you will be refunded the £4 difference.
