The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Hampstead and District Group including the formal business, a talk by author and illustrator David Fathers and a social.
The formal business will commence at (or soon after) 2:00pm.It will include the Officers’ and other reports and the presentation of the Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2024 and the election of the Officers (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Walks Organiser) and Committee members. Nominations (duly seconded) will be accepted up to and at the meeting.
If you have any Motions or Agenda items for the AGM please notify the Secretary, Raquel Portillo, by Monday 28th October.
The formal business will be followed by a talk by David Fathers, the author/illustrator of London walking guide books, about how he got started and how he actually works. Plus a Q&A session at the end. He will have signed copies of all his books for sale on the day.
The talk will be followed by wine and a buffet and a chance to catch up with news from fellow members.
