*** North Strathclyde Area AGM ***

We would like to invite you to the North Strathclyde Area  AGM, which will be held at the Craigieburn Suite (downstairs smaller hall), Cumbernauld New Town Hall on Saturday, 25th January, 2025 at 10 am for 10.30 am start.

Please see the North Strathclyde Area AGM 2025 Booklet  (attached on email send to members 6/12/24) which contains the Agenda, Annual Report and Accounts.  Minutes of last year's AGM and/or a copy of the current Area Constitution will be available at the meeting, or can be requested in advance by contacting Barry Pottle, Secretary, North Strathclyde Area at northstrathclydearea@gmail.com. A list of the nominees for election, and any motions to be discussed, will also be available at the meeting or can be requested from Barry ( please note that Barry will not be able to provide these until the week prior to the meeting).

We would like to encourage you all to attend the Area AGM to hear more about what the Area Council has been doing for the last year.

After the meeting, there will be a walk (approximately 2 hours), led by Anne Murphy of Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Group. From the Town Hall, the circular walk will go via Cumbernauld Village, Seafar Woods and Ravenswood Nature Reserve, before returning to the Town Hall.  The route will include some incline and a bit of pavement.  Members wishing to stay for the walk should bring packed lunches.  The start time for the walk will depend on when the meeting finishes.
