We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

A countryside walk along the Itchen Way to Trodds Copse, Ovington, St Swithuns Way to Itchen Abbas, Three Castles Path, Itchen Stoke Down (Memorial Plaque), Oxdrove, path along the River Arle, Alresford and back to the cars. A steep climb to Trodds Copse.
This is a picnic walk, please bring lunch, snacks and drinks.
Some of the paths are muddy, poles are advisable if used. Some short stretches of road walking.
Please let me know if you are joining the walk, as we may leave early if all known walkers have arrived.
Road parking on Tichborne Down - runs from Jacklyn's Lane to Sun Lane, park on the road near The Cricketers Inn or on Linnets Road.
