An undulating walk along footpaths, tracks and country lanes, with good views throughout and lots of snowdrops. We will stop for coffee at Moundsmere and a picnic lunch in Ellisfield churchyard, returning via Herriard Common.
Please let the leader know you are coming as we may leave early if all known walkers have arrived.
I have changed my usual route using more country lanes and different paths and tracks to avoid the deeply rutted and chalky Three Castles Path. There will nevertheless be some muddy stretches so poles could be useful if you use them. One stile.
Please bring a picnic lunch, drinks and snacks as required.
