Overview

A pleasant scenic walk from Earlston. We leave the village by following Speedy’s path to Cowdenknowes. Cross the bridge over Leader Water and make our way to the A68. Take the road up to Sorrowless Farm. From there we descend back down on the road to Earlston.

The walk involves 2 or 3 short ascents on a mixture of well-defined paths and back roads.

Boots and poles recommended.

Drink and snack for one stop.
