We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A figure of eight walk starting from the Mill Arms, Dunbridge. In the morning we walk via Mottisfont, Spearywell and return to the pub where those who wish can have lunch. Picnickers are welcome too. After lunch there is an option for an additional 3 mile walk.
Conditions may be muddy after the recent heavy rain, so please wear stout boots. Walking poles will be useful if you have them.
Lunch is at the Mill Arms. Please park in the car park at the rear of the pub. Please arrive in time for a 10am start and let the walk leader know in advance that you'll be joining us as we may leave early if everyone is present.
If eating at the pub, please let me have your food order no later than 6pm on Wednesday so I can pass it to the pub. Menus can be found on the Mill Arms website. There are several menus - look at the main menu and the lunch menu.
