Overview

Starting (and finishing) in the lovely village of Abbotts Bromley, we head west through the local pathways and countryside. We pass through the hamlet of Heatley and onto Kingstone Wood. We then turn east, towards Bagot's Park and follow sections of the Staffordshire Way along the route. This walk takes in farmland, woodland and country lanes. Whilst not particularly difficult, some of the terrain in very uneven, with the potential to be boggy after rain. Unfortunately there are no cafes, pubs or public toilets along the route. Packed lunch required.
