We are the Balerno Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Description.
This is a Grade C+ 7 km guided walk led by Grant Donaldson, who is the Edinburgh Area Local Group Leader for the RSPB. This is an opportunity to increase our knowledge of birds visiting Scotland at this time of year. The Club are giving a donation to the RSPB as a thank you for Grant giving us his time and sharing his knowledge.
From Aberlady Bay, we will walk across the bridge to Gullane Point, along the beach and walk back via the golf course.
Please bring along binoculars if you have them.

If travelling direct, we ask that you be there for 9.30 for 9.45am start.
Parking is very restricted, hence the early start. Additional parking is available in Aberlady village.
