Overview

We will be starting by walking the full length of the road so can pick you up along the way. We will walk through Allhallows village via Binney Road and out across the Marshes taking in an S shape circuit until we reach Yantlet Creek.  From there we pick up the coastal path which runs along the River Thames until we reach the Beach and Holiday Park. We then take a footpath known locally as "The Brimp" passing Slough Fort before heading back to the church.  There will be two short stops for refreshment.  One stop on the Marshes and a lunch stop at the mouth of Yantlet creek where it meets the Thames. Please bring a packed lunch. There are great views across the marshes towards Grain with the many dykes and the creek.  Lots of wildlife to see including Swans and the Little egrets.
