We'll start at 09:00, heading up out of West Bay towards Eype. From Eype we climb, skirting around Thorncombe beacon and up Doghouse Hill. We then descend down bypassing Seatown and begin the ascent of Golden Cap via Petty crate Lane, which is a hollow way. We then follow the Southwest coastal path back down to Seatown. We depart Seatown following the SW Coastal Path climbing up Ridge Cliff, re-climb Doghouse Hill. Then up to the top of Thorncombe Beacon, descending down via Monarchs Way to Eype. We ascend from Eype climbing up West Cliff, before descending down to West Bay for essential deaclimatisation (more coffee and cake). The total climb for this walk is 2237 feet.
