We are Herts Weekend Walkers, HWW for Short . We are aimed at people aged in their 40s, 50s & 60s who are normally working during the week and can usually only find time to get outside and enjoy a walk at the weekend.

We meet opposite the church in Mill Lane before leaving Ashwell in an easterly direction towards Flitton Farm, then continue in the direction of Gatley End, turning left towards Steeple Morden. We'll navigate our way through the village before heading in the direction of Cold Harbour Farm, then making our way through the wheat fields back to Ashwell and refreshments at the Rose & Crown in the High Street.
Please note: A section of this walk, although passable, is somewhat overgrown, so you may wish to wear trousers rather than shorts.
This is a moderate pace walk. We want everyone to enjoy our walks, if you have any concerns about the pace please speak to the walk leader.

Meet outside the Bushel pub, opposite the church in Mill Street, Ashwell, SG7 5LY. Please park with consideration around the village.
