This circular morning walk which will start and finish at the Theydon Oak PH at Coopersale Street, Epping. The planned walk is an undulating hilly route of approx. 6 miles, on field paths, tracks and minor roads, followed by pub lunch at the Theydon Oak. In the event of poor weather there will be a different alternative shorter and more urban walk of approx. 5 miles.
