Overview

We join the orbital path behind the Scandinavian Village. Walk through woods on the outskirts of Aviemore. Some good views of the Cairngorms. Cross the A95, continue through woods past the golf course to the River Spey. Follow the river southwards, then across fields to a railway underpass. Cross the main road to take the entrance to the Youth Hostel. Through woods there will take us back to the MacDonald's centre.
