Starting at Barbury Castle car park, we will walk along the Ridgeway towards Hackpen Hill and then take a left turn to make our way across the Marlborough Downs through Rockley and back up the chalk track to Barbury taking in views over the gallops.

Dogs welcome but on leads please
The chalk tracks can be slippery so you may want to use walking poles and can harbour some deep puddles if the weather has been very wet.
No public transport but the car park is free, of a good capacity & has a toilet block
