This is a coach walk.
The coach starts from Nottinghamshire County Hall, Loughborough Road, Nottingham NG2 7QP at 9.15am and Maid Marian Way (outside Tesco) at 9.30am

There will be a choice of three walks of varying distance to suit most abilities
A Grade 'A' hard walk of 8-10 miles, possibly with more difficult conditions, a grade 'B' moderate walk of 6-8 miles and a grade 'C' easy walk of 4-6 miles
Coach fare for members £13 and £15 for non members
A WALK - Leader: Andy Irwin - 11 miles
Route: Chatsworth Park, Birchen Edge, Leash Fen, Barbrook Reservoir, White Edge, Froggatt Edge, Gorse Bank Farm, Baslow.
Terrain: All on good paths, but could be muddy in places. One rocky bit onto Birchen Edge
Pub stop at end of walk.
B WALK - Leader: Dave Johnson - 8 miles or 7 miles if poor weather conditions
Route: Baslow, Bar Road, Eagle Stone/Wellington's Monument, Birchen Edge/Nelson's Monument, Robin Hood, Chatsworth Estate, Baslow
Terrain: Climb out of Baslow for 1 mile, sticky conditions over the moors - poles recommended
Possible pub stop
C WALK - Leader: Paul Wagstaff - 6 miles
Route: Baslow, Bubnell, Pilsley, Hassop, School Lane, Bubnell
Terrain: Two short steep inclines plus a moderate climb, mud in some places
Tea and pub at end (tea room closes at 3pm)

If you would like to join this walk, please book a place by contacting the Coach Walks Organiser.
Please sign up at least three days prior to the date of walk. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place. Please do not turn up for a walk without booking, as we will have to turn you away.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received BEFORE 8pm the Thursday preceding the Sunday Coach - NO CHARGE.
Cancellations received after 8pm on the Thursday preceding the Sunday coach will INCUR A £5 CHARGE.
