Overview

At 1011m this is the highest Munro in the Arrochar Alps. However, it is very straightforward, on a good path up the zigzags and on to the bealach with the Cobbler left and Narnain right. We go straight on up the long steady pull up the broad dome to the top. We return by the same route.

For those who want to car share, please meet at Milngavie Station Car Park for an 08.30 departure.

We will park in the Cobbler car park at Succoth – just beyond Arrochar (NN 294048). Parking here can be limited so please car share as much as possible. Do not park in an unofficial space as people have been fined despite having bought a parking ticket. There is now a £1.20 per hour charge. Petrol contribution is £7.50 + share of potentially £7.20 parking. The machine may not take cash – so come prepared to pay by card or phone app.

Please let Imogen know if you are making your own way to the start.
