Overview

An ascent of Ben Lawers, the 10th highest Munro, taking in Beinn Ghlas, another Munro in its own right.  There is a clear path to the summit with several steep sections.  The grassy ridge between the two mountains offers some respite with a short descent to the bealach before the final push to the summit of Ben Lawers itself where there are extensive views in all directions.  We retrace our steps to the bealach to contour round the northern flank of Beinn Ghlas before rejoining the outward route.
