Overview

A leisurely walk from Berkeley Castle along the Little Avon River before passing through Stone village and fields then making an uphill ascent to Whitcliff Park (a Medieval deer park) with stunning views both east and west prevailing before our descent back to the cars.

From M5 north - exit at junction 14 (Dursley) taking first exit towards Berkeley and turning right at the traffic lights onto A38. Follow signs for Berkeley town centre and the free car park will be on the right just before The Malt House Inn.
