Up Souther Fell then traverse to Blencathra summit via Scales Tarn (possible swim) Option to do Sharp Edge. Down Foule Crag to Bannerdale Crags and Bowscale Fell. Descend south side of the Tongue. Good fell paths but steep ascents and descents.
