Overview

Hello Everyone

Figure-of-Eight walks are a great way to involve everybody as they're effectively two walks back to back. Do the initial loop only or complete both circuits as suits you. We have one such event this Sunday starting at the northern end of Blithfield Reservoir with the first three miles in the reservoir grounds before returning to the car park for our coffee break then heading off northwards on a four mile circuit to complete the walk.

Forest and field footpaths, farm tracks etc, all feature along with some short sections of quiet lanes - not a bad thing lately with all of the mud that's around of which there'll be some. Rolling countryside with a couple of short climbs plus approximately 15 stiles. Poles useful if you have them.

As always, you're most welcome to join us. If you've not walked with ourselves before it'd be great if you could let us know beforehand, even if that's on the morning itself should you be watching what the weather's going to do🌤️🌦️🌧️. Thanks. We'll look out for you.

Registration: 09.45. Walk start: 10.00. Walk leader: Gary F (07709 039807).

Please note there aren't any facilities either at the start or during the walk itself.

Post walk refreshments venue to be decided upon once we've completed the whole walk.
