Overview

A great ramble from the pretty Sibfords over to Winderton, and up to the windmill at Compton Wynyates, with great views down to the historic manor - the most perfect Tudor mansion in England.

There are quite a few hills, but well worth it for the panoramic views.

A real mix, pretty villages, open fields, great views. A quiet and unspoilt part of North Oxfordshire.

There will be mud, especially if it has rained, and lots of long grass, crops and generally  overgrown areas....unless the farmers have been out.  Gaiters advised.

Please bring plenty to drink, and eat.

There will be livestock in some fields so dogs on leads at all times.

Please meet at Sibford Village Hall, in Burdrop at 10:15 ready for a 10:30 start. Please do not park in the village hall carpark, but park on the road by the village hall/opposite the church - please respect driveways.
