We are the Rutland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk heads south on the Rutland Round to Leigh Lodge.
We then turn north to follow the track to Hibbitts Lodge.
A short downhill stretch on a minor road then we turn on to a bridleway. The walks ends following the Rutland Round into Braunston though an area of young trees.
There are a small number of stiles on the walk
Some of the fields are expected to contain livestock so dogs must be on leads, and under close control, at all times
Please consider car sharing arrangements with other members to reduce the pressure on parking spots at the start of the walk.
Refreshments are available in the Blue Ball at the end of the walk
