Overview

This is traditional hill walking with some wonderful views over the Vale of Evesham, Cotswolds, Malverns and the Black Mountains.there are ironage hill fort remains a5 the summit. Ascents and descents are fairly gradual and the route includes part of the Wychavon Way. Look out for yellowhammers, buzzards and fallow deer. We begin from Overbury and our ascent starts beyond the village of Kemerton. Leaving the hilltop we descend after lunch via Ashton under Hill. Our route back takes in the sleepy hamlet of Grafton and the Overbury Estate. There are no toilet facilities at the start of the walk. The Yew Tree pub at nearby Conderton will be open for refreshments at the end of the walk.
