Overview

This moderate 8 mile walk involves a fairly steep climb up from the start at Elmley Castle - but with the reward of panoramic views of up to 16 counties on a clear day. On the summit we visit the remains of an iron age hill fort, The Banbury Stone and a tower - Parsons Folly. For those who fancy it the Queen Elizabeth pub in Elmley Castle at the end of the walk offers a chance of a well earned drink.
