We are the Rother Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A country walk, fields, woods and footpaths. Starting at the Brede High Wood, Eastern car park join us for a walk along footpaths and some country roads , past Powdermill reservoir towards Brede. We will turn towards Udimore then across the river Tilligham making our way to Beckley Furnace and back to our starting point. There will be elevations and descents along the way. It is muddy. Beautiful views, some sheep and horses along the way.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome to join us. There are no toilet facilities at the start.
We will be stopping for a light picnic lunch along the way. Bring something to sit on!
