Low level walk exploring the countryside of south east Cheshire on farmland paths and tracks and minor roads which include several gates and stiles. The route passes the ancient woodland of Checkley wood, the grade II listed, 17th century Checkley Hall and Prince Hill, the sight where a WWII Wellington bomber crashed on a training flight.
Picnic lunch and post walk refreshments at Bridgemere Gardens.
Muddy and wet in several places so boots and gaiters required.
