We are the Tamworth and Lichfield Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk around Brindley Heath, in the western part of Cannock Chase, with a stop at the Visitor Centre. No stiles. No real climbs.
You are welcome to bring your dog on this walk. However, please contact the walk leader beforehand to let them know and to get details of the exact start location. You will need to go direct to the walk start as car-sharing from Lichfield will not be available for walkers accompanied by dogs. You will be responsible for keeping the dog on a lead and for cleaning up after them.
Meet at the Lichfield College car park, off the Friary, at 9.30 am for car sharing. There is a parking charge of £2 for the whole day.
