Overview

Starting from Whins Lane near to Higher Wheelton we follow the lane and paths to Wheelton then climb passed Eagle Tower to reach the reservoir at Heapey. Passing through Heapey to Logwood we then continue on tracks to Brinscall Hall and lunch by the Lodge in Brinscall. We then follow the old railway Nature Trail to Abbey Village before returning through Withnell before descending from Windy Harbour back to Whins Lane.
