Guildford circular taking in Chantry Wood, St Martha's Hill, village of Shere, Albury Heath, Blackheath and Chilworth before returning to Guildford. We will take a short break at Newlands Corner to use facilities about two hours into the walk. Lunch will be at Shere (facilities here too). Total ascent 550 meters.

Due to short daylight hours, walk will be at a moderate but not overly fast pace of around 3mph in order to finish by sunset, but bring a torch just in case.  

Please bring a packed lunch. Pub stop at the end. 

Travel: Train dep. 09:45 London Waterloo (9:52 Clapham Junction, 10:13 Woking),  arrive 10:24 Guildford.
