This is varied walk to the South West of Buntingford. We will pass Aspenden Hall and Church on our way to Tannis Court and Back Lane. Our return will take us past Button Snap and Wakeley Spring. We will have some cross fields paths as well as ancient tracks and paved surfaces.
We will cross a main road twice, once by footbridge and once by being careful.
Buntingford has cafes, pubs and shops for post walk enjoyments.
Buntingford Car Park, Bowling Green Lane. The car park is free at the weekends. We will meet by the ticket machine nearest to the car entrance. Buntingford has a regular bus service from Hertford and Ware and Royston. https://www.traveline.info/
