Overview

Our walk starts in Low Bradfield, climbs past Bailey Hill -an ancient motte and bailey castle - across Rocher Head, and White Lee Moor to The Canyard Hills. We then drop down to and walk round Agden Reservoir on our way back to our starting point.

The Canyards are a biological and geographical SSI and the best example of ridge-and-trough terrain - a chaotic mass of parallel limestone ridges separated by marshy ground.
