Overview

Good paths and tracks. Great views. Walk from Ambleside bus station will pass Loughrigg Tarn, Red Bank, Loughrigg Terrace and on to Rydal. If time allows, a tea stop at Rydal Hall before catching the 555 back. Or option to walk back to Ambleside. Linear walk taking the 555 bus leaving Kendal bus station at 9.31am.
