We are the Hike Essex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Circular walk around the Copford area 4.5 miles. Mainly off road, so you will need the correct walking boots as it will be muddy in shaded areas. There are no coffee stops en-route but feel free to bring a flask for a break.
The walk will pass through lovely countryside and woodland, and with a bit of luck the little church will be open so you can admire the lovely wall paintings that it's locally famous for.
Please Note; Option of Post Walk get together at the nearby Alma pub (just over the road from parking area) This is a great opportunity to relax in good company and Support the local pub.
This is a WalkMyWay walk. Short, introductory walks encouraging people to relax and join in in their own area. Group walking is a great way to destress and meet new people.
