Non-walkers invited to join the PICNIC LUNCH at Horton Country Park. Walkers expected to arrive between 12:30 and 1pm
via Winey Hill, Chessington Wood, to Rushett Farm (coffee stop). Continue via Ashtead and Epsom Commons to Horton Country Park for PICNIC LUNCH (Bus opt out and toilets). Route then follows the Thames Down Link and field path to Hunting Gate viewpoint, shortly arriving at Chessington South station.
Paths may be overgrown in places, and potentially muddy after rain. Mainly flat or gently undulating with two short steep inclines. Route crosses two busy roads, care needed.
