A delightful circular walk from Holcot village. We'll be starting at St Mary's and All Saints Church in the High Street and taking village paths, following field edges, crossing fields and walking along the reservoir path. The walking will be on established paths and tracks but it might be a bit muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions. There are no stiles or livestock. Sadly there are also no toilet facilities or cafes en route.
This is a beautiful country walk which provides beautiful views across the surrounding countryside and reservoir. There are no refreshment stops available on the walk but there is a cafe at Brixworth Country Park (parking charges apply) or in the next village of Moulton for those wanting to have lunch after the walk. We'll be meeting at the church of St Mary's and All Saints in the High Street where there is plenty of on-street parking. There is also parking available outside the village hall, a little further down the high street.
