via Alfriston, Cuckmere River, Exceat and Seaford Head: From Seaford Martello Tower along seafront and inland to Alfriston (lunch in cafés and pubs) on South Downs. Then via Cuckmere River, through Westdean to Exceat Visitor Centre (tea, cakes and toilets). Return to coast and over Seaford Head to Seaford.
