Overview

This walk starts at Keeper's Pond and heads west towards Clydach, dropping down to the disused railway track and into Puck's canyon, before crossing the river and A465 and heading up to Tom Thumb via Blackrock Quarry.  From here we return to Clydach and the start point passing some mining remnants.  Tea break should be at the rock outcrop east of Clydach where we hope to get good views of the Autumn colours.  A scenic walk but bare in mind that some of the terrain is hard going and we will need to maintain an above average pace.
