We are the Telford & East Shropshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a circular walk starting at Coalbrookdale, going through Loamhole Dingle to Jiggers Bank and on up to Lightmoor. We pass the Lightmoor Nature Reserve and walk through coppices and Rough Park to Ironbridge.
There are stunning views across the Severn Valley to the Stretton Hills as we make our way up Strethill and we return to Coalbrookdale along the famous Rope Walk.
Paths are likely to be muddy and slippery at this time of year. Suitable footwear is essential.
There will be stops for mid-morning drinks and lunch (bring a packed lunch).
If needed there is additional street parking near the Community Centre and a pay and display car park at Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron.
