Overview

From Wendover long steady climb to Coombe Hill with great views over the Chilterns and an overview of the line of the HS2.  Very steep drop down the escarpment to Ellesborough followed by undulating walk to Chequers.  The steepest part of the walk is the descent from Coombe Hill
