Overview

An 11 mile walk in hilly countryside with long views across the surrounding area on a clear day. The route starts at Longborough. We go west to Hinchcliffe and then north to Blockley. We return from Blockley, past Batsford Arboretum to reach Bourton-on-the-Hill and then south back to Longborough.

There are woods and pasture along the way with some short road sections through villages. There are quite a few ups and downs including a descent of about 400ft into Blockley followed by a 400ft climb back up to Batsford.
