Overview

A pleasant walk from Cresswell Quay across stepping stones with low tide for the start, then across fields adjacent to the Cresswell River to Lawrenny Quay for a lunch stop.  The path then takes us up into the edge of the National Trust Cleddau Woodlands, then down by the edge of Garron Pill and back towards St Caradog's church.  After this there will be walking on remoat country lanes back into Cresswell Quay.

Please park on either side of the road by the public toilets just past the pub.  The only other toilets we will pass are those by the Lawrenny Quayside Tea rooms, marked for customers only.

Please bring sandwiches and drinks for the walk.  There's a pub by the river at the end of the walk, should people wish it, but they don't serve food

Please note, this walk is not suitable for dogs.

Parking either side of the road near the public toilets just past the Cresselly Arms. Please note, the road works on the A477/A4075 junction out of Pembroke and Pembroke Dock aren't scheduled to be completed until mid September, so there will be delays.
