Overview

Starting at the car park, we head down through Cwm Nash to the sea, then head up the hill east along the coast path towards Nash Point before heading north through the woods at Cwm Marcross, back up though fields to the road from Marcross to Monknash. We walk back along the road towards the Plough and Harrow.

We walk a little further beyond the Plough and Harrow as far as the turning to Broughton, then turn left across a stile to follow a path (Valeways Millennium Heritage Trail) back to Cwm Nash and back up the road to the car park.

There are several high stiles on this route. Those on the Millennium Trail can be avoided by following the road from the Plough and Harrow back to the car park instead.
