This is a 5k sunrise walk for Charity ( Samaritans World Mental Health Day). We meet with other walkers at 6.30am at the far end of the B&M car park nearest the main road. Donations can be given here. We then walk the canal circuit at Clachnaharry with a short detour into the Merkinch Nature Reserve. Jammy Piece will open early for us so that we can have refreshments at the end of the walk. It is a flat, easy walk which should allow for most to be able to take part.
