Overview

Park in the road opposite the Flying Fish pub, Denton Road, we walk up the road to the top of Cantercrow Hill and find the footpath up Snap Hill, climbing up to the South Downs Way. walking along SDW toward Firle Beacon, we take the right footpath at the car park towards Blackcap Farm. At Stump Bottom, we turn right and up over towards Denton, winding our way back through footpaths towards the start.

If coming by bus, alight at Paradise Park and turning right, walk towards Denton Road - about 400 metres, turn up the road until Flying Fish.
Walking poles would be helpful as we ascend and descend reasonably steep hills of the Downs! Refreshments at the end at the pub or down to Paradise Park.
Assistance dogs only on this walk please.
