Overview

A level, mainly flat walk on footpaths, along the beach and lanes. Over stones in places.

First a short climb to the Iron Age fort then along the promenade and beach to Fort Belan, returning on a circular route.

A very different walk with good views of the hills from a new perspective. Plenty of fresh sea air and a chance to see the waters from the Menai Strait rushing through the narrow gap beteen Abermenai Point and Fort Belan.
