Overview

From Dundry, there are extensive views over Bristol. Most of the walk is on tracks across fields. Early in the walk we will pass a newly planted woodland, and then as we climb to the top of the first hill there is a superb view across the valley. Our route takes us down to the valley floor and passes through an interesting tree and bushes market garden. Our refreshment break will be shortly after we start the long climb back up to Dundry. A couple of the stiles, in this latter section, have seen better days and are a bit tricky! Once at the top of the hill the view back across the valley is memorable and the route back into Dundry is all on the level!
