From the car park take the path parallel to Cochno Road and then the road to Greenside. Follow a path to Cochno Hill and down to Jaw Reservoir. Cross to the opposite side by the island. Take the path over Dunellan, continue on paths passing the radio mast and return to the car park through a wood.

Terrain: Farm roads, tracks and paths, some very muddy.
