A three-mile linear walk through the docklands, finding out about the history of the East India Company. Discover the Meridian Line, East India Dock Basin, the point where the River Lea meets the Thames at Leamouth and stroll through Bow Creek Ecology Park. Toilets and refreshments available along the way. Should finish by about 14.00.
